Many Hotmail and Yahoo email addresses have issues, Please do following
Check junk/spam folder.
Put "communications@al-qaaim.ca" in your address book mark it as safe 
create a mail rule (filter) that any email coming from this email  will be moved to the inbox.

Please login to www.Al-QaAim.ca ---> Family Login --- using your FMID and postal code or email address as password, then click child name and you will see all teacher's info and Google Class room codes.

Come 5 minutes before pickup time to the IT room (2nd Floor), fill signout form and pick student from the class.

Students are not allowed to walk alone out of school door any time.

Please login at www.Al-QaAim.ca   ---> Family Login (Use your FMID and Postal code to login)  ----> Click on "Leave Request"

Handbook for parents and students can be viewed here. Handbook is also available under resource section in family portal for existing families.

The child should be 5 years old (enrolled in Senior KG within the school system).

  • Admin Fee: $75 per year (Non-Refundable)
  • Tuition Fee: $125 per child, per year.

Existing Family:
If at least one of your child has been a student of Al-QaAim in the past, you should be using existing family option.

New Family:
If none of your children have ever attended Al-QaAim.

Please check your student’s exercise book to find the sticker containing your Family ID and Student ID. If you do not have the book, please email either our I.T. team at it@al-qaaim.ca or the Admin team at admin@al-qaaim.ca. Be sure to include your full name, home address, and phone number so we can retrieve your Family ID for you.

You can reach out to either I.T. team (it@al-qaaim.ca) or Admin team (admin@al-qaaim.ca) with your name, address and phone number and they will be able to verify system and help you proceed.

We teach Quran, Tarbiyah (Diniyat) and Language. For language, you can choose from Arabic, Urdu or Gujarati. Student must attain all 3 subjects. There is no choice for attain Quran or Diniyat only.

Due to common names like Ali, Hussain etc, when you send email, please send Family ID, ST ID, Full Name etc to identify you or students.
